COOKING

Pasta must be kept refrigerated for a minimum of two to three days or frozen until use.

To cook pasta: Bring 7 litres of water (per 500 grams of pasta) to boil.  Separate pasta and cook for 21/2 - 4 minutes until al dente.  Strain and add your favourite sauce.
Adding salt is optional.

Frozen pasta should not be thawed before cooking.
Place directly into boiling water for 31/2 - 5 minutes.

Fresh lasagna or cannelloni sheels should be cooked for 30 seconds and rinsed in cold water.  For best results, do 3 or 4 sheets at a time.
